Using the service

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher legal age of majority where you live. Do not use this service if you do not meet that requirement. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. AibbyWow is an independent service, not operated by or affiliated with Higgsfield.

Your files and permissions

Submit only files, prompts and other material that you own or have permission to process. This includes copyright, music, privacy, publicity, likeness and voice rights. A file being public, a person being famous, or giving credit to an author does not by itself give you permission.

Where an input contains, or an intended output realistically depicts, an identifiable real person, obtain and keep that person’s documented consent (or their authorized representative’s consent) covering submission to us and our providers and your intended use and distribution of the output. This includes people in source clips and references, not only the replacement subject. Give them the necessary information about processing. We may reasonably request evidence when investigating a complaint.

You retain your rights in your material and give us a non-exclusive permission to store, process and transmit it to necessary providers to deliver the service, provide support, enforce these terms and comply with law. This permission does not authorize us to publicly promote your private files without separate permission. Provider processing, including possible model training, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Content rules

Do not create, upload or request the content listed below, even if a depicted person agrees. We rely on our generation provider’s content filters; we do not independently review every file or verify every person’s consent. A successful generation is not approval of its legality or your intended use.

• Sexual or pornographic content, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Deceptive impersonation, fraud, scams, harassment or other unlawful use of a person's likeness.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate or serious harm, or violates another person's rights.
• Material designed to bypass moderation or access another user's private files.
• Facial recognition, identity verification or surveillance of people; fake evidence, deceptive endorsements or misleading public-health, safety or electoral content.

Report harmful or unauthorized content through our contact page. We may investigate, request permission records, restrict access to reported content, reject requests or suspend misuse. We will comply with applicable reporting and removal duties. Automated checks and declarations have limits.

Credits and delivery

Credit packs are one-time purchases in the currency displayed at checkout, processed through Stripe or PayPal as offered. They do not renew automatically. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash redemption value and do not expire while the service remains active. We display the credit quote before a generation begins. Confirming reserves the quoted credits. A successful, approved result settles that amount; a failed or rejected request releases the hold. Confirmed refunds and payment reversals adjust your balance. A disputed payment may pause new generations while reviewed.

AI results and availability

Generation can take time and output quality varies. Exact likeness, uninterrupted motion, unchanged backgrounds, original audio and suitability for a particular use are not guaranteed. Review results before publishing. Requesting another version after a successful result starts a new paid generation. Download videos you want to keep within 30 days. We may temporarily pause generation during outages or maintenance.

Refunds and changes

Our refund policy explains unused credits and failed requests. Prices may change for future purchases and generations; an accepted generation quote is not increased after submission. We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Your use of AI outputs

Review each output before using or sharing it. You are responsible for lawful publication, advertising and distribution, for staying within the permissions obtained, and for disclosing AI alteration where required by law or where otherwise presenting it would mislead people. Do not present a simulated event, statement or endorsement as real.

Outputs may be inaccurate, similar to other outputs or subject to third-party rights. Generation does not guarantee ownership, commercial-use rights or freedom from infringement. You are responsible for truthful declarations and claims arising from your unlawful uploads or misuse, subject to applicable law.

Our responsibilities and limits

We remain responsible for our own service descriptions, payment and delivery practices, data handling, complaints and obligations to our providers. Your declarations do not verify identity or replace duties that the law places on us. We do not promise that every output is safe, lawful or independently reviewed.

We and the providers used to deliver generation do not warrant that AI outputs will be unique, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, makes you responsible for our own unlawful conduct, or limits mandatory consumer, privacy, cancellation or refund rights.
